A system that lets a building look after itself. It listens to the spaces it runs in, forms one consistent picture of what is happening, decides what should change, and refuses to move a single piece of hardware until that decision has been checked.

-
01 / 06
Sealed
One quiet unit on the wall. Machined shell, smoked lid, nothing to configure.
-
02 / 06
Sense
Distributed sensing turns a room into a live signal: climate, presence, light and power.
-
03 / 06
Unify
Readings that arrive at different moments, from different devices, become one picture of the space.
-
04 / 06
Decide
An orchestration layer reasons over the whole space at once instead of reacting device by device.
-
05 / 06
Guard
Nothing reaches hardware until it has been checked against what that hardware is allowed to do.
-
06 / 06
Act
Approved commands become physical: a fan spins up, a light dims, a door unlocks.
The idea
Buildings are full of sensors and switches that rarely agree with each other. Readings arrive out of step, devices act on their own, and the result is a space that is automated but not coordinated. This invention puts one orchestrating loop between what a space senses and what it does.
-
01
Listen to the room
Sensors spread through a space capture what is actually happening in it: temperature, presence, light, air and power draw.
-
02
One picture of the truth
Scattered readings are reconciled into a single, consistent view of the infrastructure, so every decision starts from the same facts.
-
03
Orchestrate, don't react
Decisions are made with the whole space in view rather than one device and one threshold at a time.
-
04
Check before moving
Every proposed action is checked before it touches hardware. Only approved commands go through.
-
05
Close the loop physically
The loop ends in the real world: fans, lights, locks, pumps and motors, driven safely and on purpose.
